Message I understand your point, and it is valid. Problem is, it does little to help with the problem. As long as we holler about who is "responsible" and throw a few people in jail, the problem continues. We need positions and strategies that will help solve the problem, and making bartenders responsible is one of them. They do supply a drug that causes people to drive badly, knowing that that person is going to drive. They should be made responsible for what they do.
